Questions you might have about your wedding service: - We don't go to church, but our parents do. How can we feel comfortable with the service and still make them happy?
- One of us very religious, the other is not. We don't know what to do.
- We both practice different religions - how can they be combined?
How I can help you: I work with couples who do not have a minister or church in their lives. I also work with religious or spiritual couples who may not practice the same faith. As an interfaith minister, I will work with you to develop a ceremony that expresses your combined beliefs, and still maintain a structure that will be enjoyed by all who attend your wedding. FAQs: - Do you have a church we can rent? No, I am an independent minister. I am not associated with any local church, which allows me to serve YOU, not the doctrines of one particular faith or denomination.
- Will you marry us in a park (or somewhere other than a church)? Of course! I have performed weddings in many beautiful churches, but also in backyard and public gardens, on the beach and in rented halls.
- Can you include a communion service? Ceremonies within the ceremony are always possible, as long as I am qualified or trained for such ceremonies. However, I am not a priest, so I do not offer communion.
- How many classes or sessions do you require us to take before agreeing to perform our wedding? None. I am here to serve you and solemnize your union, not to judge you or give my approval.
- Can we add special parts to our service? Definitely. All my ceremonies are individualized - there are no additional charges or fees for customizing your ceremony, since all are unique!
Fees and procedures My fee for your ceremony is $425. This amount includes: - One in-person meeting to discuss with you what you want to experience and to plan your ceremony
- A unique ceremony designed especially for you - no two ceremonies are the same
- Additional support throughout the planning process
- Direction and coordination of the wedding rehearsal and ceremony (in cooperation with your wedding planner, if applicable)
- Beautifully-designed Certificate of Marriage suitable for framing
- Preparation and filing of all legal documents required by your County to register your marriage

Additional Fees: - Hotel accommodations - only if overnight is required
- $100 additionally for ceremonies on holidays
- Travel fees may apply if over twenty minutes, as determined through MapQuest®, from Dr. Terry’s home in Harrisburg
